I highly recommend Nicola Brady’s services for both sales and property management.  This is the second property Nicola has sold for my wife and I.  Both sale prices exceeded our expectations and were managed by Nicola with a minimum of hassle for us.

Nicola has a very open and honest sales strategy which she discussed with us and backed up with market data.  Nicola’s negotiation skills have proved to be well worth the price of her services.  On both sales I felt like both the buyer and seller (us) came out as winners.
