The valuation was realistic and within our expectations; neither undervalued or over the top. As a result the property sold within the three month exclusive contract period. All viewings of our property were conducted in a professional manner and we were usually given at least 48 hours notice. Both John and Andrew McGuire ensured that photographs and the description of the property presented all the best features of our much loved home.  All administration and paperwork was completed promptly.
