I actually asked Nic if I could do a review. I am an agent myself and have used every other agent in Bungendore.

I have to say Nic was amazing, she’s relaxed but tenacious in her manner. Her communication skills were fantastic and called me on a regular basis. I’m interstate and she was there to take over the sale and deal with tradesmen etc. Even getting her husband to slide through a winder when we were locked out.

It is my pleasure to write a reference for Nicola Brady.  We recently engaged Nicola to sell my Mum and Dad’s rental property in Bruce.  Nicola went above and beyond to assist us and made the process very easy for both myself and my elderly parents who were very nervous about the whole process, having not ever had to do anything like this before.   We were delighted when we received over 6 offers on the property at the first open house.  Nicola then negotiated with all the interested parties to secure us a higher price than we had listed the property for.

We found Nicola to possess all the skills required to be an excellent real estate agent; she knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients and is both professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job.
